GRP LINERS
Goodwin’s Anti-corrosive GRP liners offer a robust, durable, and cost-effective solution for protecting the internal surfaces of concrete manholes. By preventing corrosion and extending the life of these critical components, GRP liners help maintain the integrity and efficiency of sewage systems, ultimately contributing to more reliable and sustainable wastewater management.
The manufacturing for the prefabricated anti-corrosive sewage manhole’s GRP Liners & accessories for Shallow manholes, Deep manholes & Very-deep manholes. Type-1(Straight type), Type-2(Reducer type), and Type-3(Liner with landing platform) are suitable to fix with sewerage manholes, pumping stations & wet wells. Also, we can be custom-designed as per client requirements. All manufactured GRP Liners shall have GRP ties on the external surface at 500mm center to center to bond with concrete.
The anti-corrosive GRP Liners and accessories shall have approximately 90% Vinyl ester resin in combination with C glass tissue mats (surface veil) for the internal surface. The structural layers shall have approximately 65% - 70% is Vinyl ester resin in combination with chopped strand mat (ECR glass in liner). The external surface should have 2400tex direct roving to keep stability and required stiffness. GRP Liners & Accessories play the role of preventing corrosion and abrasion effects that can degrade and eventually destroy the filling concrete. All these products are simply 6mm thick.
